How long does it take to serve someone?

Regular service usually takes between 3-7 days. It all depends on how hard it is to serve.

Do you serve agents for service of process other than CSC lawyers incorporating service?

Yes, we serve every agent for service of process in Sacramento. If you have other corporations to serve outside of the Sacramento area, please contact us. We have process servers throughout the state and country to get your case served quickly.

What is the cutoff time to receive documents to be served to CSC?

11 AM is our Rush service cutoff time to get your documents served the same day. If we receive them later than 11 AM, we may still be able to serve them at an additional cost.

How many addresses will you serve?

Our fee includes one address. We will serve as many additional addresses you request.

Do you file the proof of service of affidavit?

Yes, we can do it at an additional cost if you request this service.

Do I need to prepay for services?

Yes, we request payment upfront. If your case requires extra services, we will contact you regarding added fees.

How do I submit documents to you?

We except documents by email, fax and mail. Please contact us if you prefer to submit your documents another way.

What happens once you receive the documents?

We process your documents once they are received, they are then sent to our licensed process servers or legal document specialists to complete the work needed.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We use Stripe as our secure credit card payment processing service. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as payment. Court Connections never stores your credit card information.

Can I track the status of my serve or document filing?

From the moment we receive your documents to when we file your prof of service, we keep you updated every step of the way. There is nothing more frustrating that not knowing what the status of your documents are. Rest assured, we will keep you updated.

What file format should my document be uploaded as?

Uploading all your documents in PDF format is the best way. It will allow us to keep the original formatting and will look the best when printed. Please contact us if you are having trouble saving your documents as as PDF.
